The renter must come in person to receive the car.
The tenant must be at least twenty years old.
Bring a commercial guarantee from the tenant’s workplace, from a merchant, or from a company.
Giving the office all its data and addresses.
Approval and signing of the car rental contract and usage agreement in the office.
Pay the agreed rent in advance and in full.

• Determine the type of car, rental period, and price.
• The customer is covered with a commercial guarantee paper prepared by one of the merchants to guarantee him.
• Approval of the guarantee after it is prepared by the office.
• Sign the lease contract.
• Preparing a car condition report upon receipt.
• Car delivery.

• The renter delivers the car to the office.
• The entire vehicle is inspected and inspected to ensure that the vehicle is safe and free of any faults or accidents.
• Delivery of the guarantee paper.

1. Original ID card or passport.

the prices

The car rental price is determined according to the type and model of the car and the duration of the contract.

Delay in delivering the car on the specified date

If the customer is late in delivering the car after the end of the contract without official approval from the office or an extension of the contract, the customer will bear an additional fine of $50 per day for small cars and $100 for large cars. Or the equivalent of double the daily rent.

Breakdowns and repairs

The customer bears full responsibility for the car during the rental contract period, and is obligated to compensate the office for any costs to repair the car or malfunctions that were a result of his misuse of the car. He is committed to compensating the office for the repair costs.

Changing consumable parts

The office is committed to providing regular maintenance for cars, including changing consumable parts such as windows, tires, light bulbs, and other common consumable parts.

Car oils

The customer is obligated to change the car’s oil upon receipt in the case of a monthly rental system or renting outside Sana’a (travelling by car). He is also committed to monitoring the oil and water standards in the car periodically.

Periodic check

The office maintains cars on a regular basis and inspects them completely, and the car is delivered to the customer free of any faults or accidents.

The customer must also bring the car every weekend to the office to check the car and make sure everything is in order.
